Mary ann was an amazing sales rep. She answered all the questions we had, she helped my husband and I find our bedroom set. The store manager Damon was knowledgeable and very nice.

We came in for the moving sale and Amanda immediately found us and helped us so much! She was so funny and personable and hung out with us for the 2 hours that we were there picking out things for our house. Then I brought my parents back and we picked out some more things THAT NIGHT. Amanda is my new favorite person.

AMANDA IS AMAZING!!! Damon too… couldn’t speak more highly of either of them. They were kind and professional and incredibly helpful. And this location of Ashley Furniture in general has been amazing. I just bought the most beautiful couch - my first new couch of my own (that’s not a beat-up, mystery-sourced hand-me-down). The whole team has been so helpful and easy to work with. Thank you all so much! Strongly recommend.

Amanda assisted me in picking out furniture for a whole house. She was knowledgeable and professional and made the process completely enjoyable. She was able to add some style to my choices and somehow was able to stay on budget helping me get the best value for my purchase. Highly recommend!

UPDATE: The email provided by the owner hasn’t been answered or acknowledge since I sent.
Staff ask you to leave review when you purchase, don’t be fooled by these 5 star reviews who haven’t taken delivery. Purchased in 2020, miserable experience still haunting us to this day. Dishonest and negligent sales staff, delivery issues, DO NOT pay for the insurance that they hard sell you on; Ashley literally gave us multiple phone numbers and company names that do not exist - going on over 36 months trying to use the insurance to get imperfections addressed. Called my sales rep directly, he had already quit and said my issues were shared among all his past customers. Escalated the issue with the local store and Ashley superiors on multiple occasions to no avail. The couches look nice in the showroom but then upon delivery your nightmare begins. After spending thousands on a huge, modular couch I now have to see my regret every day in the family room. Just go somewhere else.

Went to go buy a section sofa. Been needing one so we were ready to purchase after exploring a few choices but wanted to see in person. We were being assisted and talking about options when all of a sudden we were told the store was closing. It was 8pm. We thought we had until 9pm. Google and store page said 9pm.
Seems like they just wanted to leave as we were the only ones there. Unlikely to return to this location to make our purchase.

Mahnaz did a fabulous job working with me to figure out several pieces of furniture! She was very patient, knowledgeable, kind and honest. She gave me space when I needed to discuss my choice with my family. I never felt rushed or pressured to pick something. But she was there when I had questions.
Thank you again Mahanaz! I excitedly await my piece of furniture.

Just moved into a new home and visited Ashley Furniture in Leesburg. Suhail was very kind and helpful. He was very patient with me during this process. Highly recommend him and the store. Everyone was excellent.
