Went in to see if I could return an item purchased on-line. Website was a little confusing. Girl at the register condescendingly told me “ Baby I believe you” when I was telling her what my return instructions were. I felt she gets these questions all the time and didn’t want to spend the time or give any effort explaining to me. Not happy about their customer service.

I really love their clothing selection However, the customer service could use improvement. Every time I’ve visited, no one has offered assistance, and the staff on the sales floor are often preoccupied with their phones. I’ve seen customers, myself included, waiting at the register with no acknowledgment. Unfortunately, the employees don’t come across as friendly.

At the end of the Outlet is an Ann Taylor Factory Outlet with great prices. True you won’t find everything new as in the retail store but there are many selections to choose from and my wife was able to find some good deals.The is a ledge inside the store for the males to sit and wait.

Nice Store... staff has a lot to be desired... some of the ladies attitudes are very nasty.... hopefully when they open again they we be a little happier to see their customers

Although the store is much larger than the Potomac Mills outlet, the salespeople are less available and much slower at checkout.

Love this store! They have a great petite selection and always have the size I need. Haven't had any issues. Prices are slightly high but worth it for the occasional semi-fancy dress or dress pants. Great attire for weddings or business needs. Store is clean and tidy, especially so for an outlet store. Only caveat is they are at the very end of the outlet mall, so if you park on the opposite side, it's quite a hike!
