I took a 22 Ram 3500 cummins with only 6000 mile on it into the dealership to check a noise from the lower left engine area. Their top diesel mechanic came out to check it, ask me to let him in the truck. The diesel mechanic sit in the truck and held the fuel pedal down with the engine bumping the governor for about 30-45 seconds, let off the fuel and then repeated this process again. immediately after he finished his check he said it sound like a gear issue and went back inside but it immediately developed a knocking noise in the upper engine (head/valve cover) area that it did not have prior to his idiotic test procedure. I left the dealership and within a couple miles the knock was very serious at idle. I called immediately but no one was available to speak with me, Rick (service manager) called me back the next day. I explained what the diesel tech (Rasnake) had done to check the truck and he said that is how they are trained to check engines. I explained the upper engine noise wasn't there and two other service techs were present and they know that engine noise wasn't there prior to Rasnake checking the engine. The service manager (Rick) told me that it came in with a noise and it left with a noise that it would be my responsibility to repair it and cover the expense. I only ask they cover the damage that was done to the upper engine and I would pay the expense for whatever the original noise repair would cost. I've spoken with different service techs and running engine at max RPM for extended period of time while not under load would allow it to over rev and cause engine damage. I was also told this diesel service tech was the best in the area that he previously owned his own shop prior to working for Blue Ridge. My question is if he was the best in the area why isn't he still self employed for $150.00 an hour instead of working for Blue Ridge at $25-35.00 an hour. This person killed my engine and Blue Ridge refuses to take accountability for their techs. I would advise to use another dealer

Was interested in this 2016 F150. Went in on a Saturday for a test drive and to talk with them about the truck. Something was going on with the bank and they wouldn’t approve me so my salesman Kerry told me he’d talk more with the bank Monday. Long story short and a lot of time in the phone with Eastmans loan officer, they approved me for what I was able to afford. I’ve never had a dealership do what they can to get me approved but Kerry and the rest of the sales team went above and beyond. They have my business for as long as I can help it. Wouldn’t want to buy a vehicle from anybody else!!

Went to blue ridge auto group to purchase a vehicle and drove 2 hours away and got there hey we can get you in a vehicle. Had the money down and then later on was there like 3 to 4 hours. The sales representative told me that they couldn’t do nothing for me. Wasted my time and gas and money to get all that way. Why drive all that way when it can be done over the phone or by zoom.

I generally post reviews for outstanding or conversely, poor performance. In this case it is for absolutely superior service. Without going into all the details, suffice it to say that wrenches were thrown into the buying process from completely outside mine or the dealership's control but Jackie F. from Blue Ridge CDJR did not let one of them interfere with the sale of my new Ram going through. He continuously stayed the course keeping me aware of my financial institution's issue with my loan and the vehicle but remained cool and continually assured me the dealership supported me and more than anything TRUSTED me. Knowing that I would pull the loan off in the end, Jackie insured the vehicle would remain mine as long as it took to resolve the loan issues. You just don't find automobile dealerships like this anymore. Most are interested in one thing....your MONEY. Not this one! They have to have it in the end but there was no pressure and the deal closed exactly the way we hoped it would, but not without the efforts of Jackie and all the support staff at Blue Ridge CDJR. Thanks guys!!
