But now wow what a turn around the new Manager Doug is definitely making a huge change to the way things are being done in that store. As a woman most men take one look and say nah she don’t know nothing. Well that can’t be said now since Doug has been there I actually make a point to go in and have them handle my parts needs instead of outsourcing online. Doug always goes above and beyond to help and make sure that I have what I need for the job and if a problem comes up with parts he gets it handled.”
