“I’m new to the area I’ve been in the store twice, it seems to be a good hardware, except on Tuesday one clerk was very rude to me, I had just driven from work and asked may I use the restroom, the clerk said ( right there ) I said where? she pointed ( right there in front of the sunglasses ) I walked to the end of the counter to where she pointed, I really was confused by this time I stood there looking for a door because was about to have an accident, she acted frustrated, she must have assumed I knew where the restroom was, she came to the end of the counter and pointed again and said ( right there ) in front of the sunglasses, my mind is still trying to find a door, I’m feeling insulted thinking that she’s telling me to go in front of the sunglass rack, she pointed again I saw a key I said Oh!! then she told me to go to the back, I took the key, when I returned a young lady met me to help me with what I needed, she apologized for the clerk treating me so rudely.I 68 years old, I have never felt so humiliated in public in my life.”
