I got a zero turn from Carl . He gave me all info I needed to make my Decision. I wanted to buy my mower from a small business versus the bigger stores and I sure am glad I did. Once I bought the mower from Carl he delivered it to my house at no charge good luck getting somebody else to do that. I feel like Carl went and continues to go above and beyondTo keep me satisfied. Carl Wright worked through a difficult transmission diagnosis on my Husky rider mower. The transmission was out of warranty, yet he was able to work with Husqvarna to secure parts twice under warranty. In the end the transmission had gone bad and Carl went to bat again for me and secured a new transmission. Carl listens well and takes your opinions and concerns with sincerity. He has earned my business!.
