I want thank my local insurance agent especially mrs pam even though their office was closed she help me with a bunch of questions from home and that is that is truly great customer service but they have always been there for me and my family again thank you all so much.

This office is awesome. I was running late and got there at closing. Mr and Mrs. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure I could make my payment. They thoroughly explained my insurance coverage so I had a better understanding. They even allowed me to leave to get cash since I only had my card. Thank you thank you thank you for making this service easy and less complicated. I recommend them to anyone who's looking for this type of insurance needs.

Someone needs to make everyone aware of the horrible customer service at this location. I was so taken back about how she spoke to my family and don't understand how someone can be so rude to others. They will never have my business. I was very surprised at the good customer service reviews on here. Why did we get treated so differently from these people giving good reviews? It was FAR from good customer service.I truly hope you never treat or talk to others the way you did to us. You never know what someone is going through and being kind could help change someone's day around. Being kind is not a hard thing to do and when you are in customer service it should be a non negotiable of your job duties. I hope you find some warmth in that cold heart and some better customer service skills.Treat people equally ???

Absolutely wonderful insurance agency! Friendly staff that are willing to help you out with whatever they can! You’re not just a number and never have to talk to an automated service! Amazing insurance company!!!
