“I had lab work done late February. Lab Co. employee, Dreams, did her usual great job ONCE she learned, from a nurse with Tri Area, what lab work I was there for. I’ve had lab work there many times and have never had to wait around for ‘instructions’ from someone else, instead of LabCo’s laptop/computer.. What ever you took away from LabCo’s employee should be returned to her so she can perform her job without having to wait around for instructions .. a tap on the laptop and in seconds she knows what labs I was there for. Please fix this problem. Appreciate your attention in this matter.”
