Please don’t go here. I had the worse experience of my life, I came here to remove my tips and she up sell me to get dip powder which I did not want and didn’t know what it was in at the time. I told her I wanted the tips out and she said she had this natural gel that will heal my nails. She charged me $65 which if I knew, I would not have gotten it. After 2 weeks I decided to remove them and it was the worse experience I had. My nails hurt and that’s because she drill my natural nails pretty deep. Please don’t go to this place, I’m still trying to get my nails to grow in but at the moment I’m hoping I don’t go to the hospital.

the nail technician, Heather, did a rough job, to say the least. she did the design quite well but she roughed over my cuticles so badly that they bled on four of my fingers. she also abruptly left mid-appointment to attend to someone else's nails, who had an appointment leaving me waiting for 40 minutes which she apologized for but i dont know why someone else didn’t attend to me.
I understand that Heather may have been the only one skilled with the air gun, but there were other workers available who could have assisted with basic tasks such as shaping, filing, and applying base color. Despite her good nail art design, the pain and discomfort caused by her rough handling was unacceptable. I firmly believe that I should have received a discount for enduring it.
ALSO, when I inquired about the price with my reference photo, Heather initially quoted me one price. However, upon checking out, she added an extra five dollars because I had chosen two different polishes, which she failed to mention beforehand. she did end up removing that charge but i was just like, sour.
Overall, while the final design was satisfactory, the overall experience was marred by poor service, negligence, and unexpected charges. my cuticles hurt SO BAD! I regretfully cannot recommend this Nail Salon based on my experience.

Place itself is beautiful and that is what you get charged for. Heather took care of my nails, I was the only person in their salon and yet she was rushing and in a mood. She overcharged the hell out of me because I was wearing nice jewelry which she kept commenting on! Charged me extra to shape my nails?? Never ever heard of that! Charged extra for design she did on her own because she messed on the design on one of my fingers. Then asked me to zelle it directly into her account! I will never ever return to this scam like place!!! Best part shape she did is not even symmetrical by any means!

so so so disappointed, such rediculous and ugly service done by such an unprofessional lady. basic pedicure done this way, ill never go back here. i made a huge mistake by givibg it a chance here, before such an important event. I almost cried leaving, that I wasted $35, I still left $3 tip coz she is working to earn, but she needs lots of training.

I had an appointment on 3/14/23 for a silk fill. I confirmed that your salon did silks. When I arrived I kept repeating that I needed a silk fill because I'm allergic to acrylic and gel. I didn't get a silk. The technician applied a powder and said he would do a full set the next time. If you truly don't do silks, don't list it on your web site or tell clients you do when you don't.
