“After checking out Naval Station Norfolk, my boyfriend and I checked out the Norfolk Main Navy Exchange (NEX). If you've never been, it's like a department store! They sell everything from clothing and accessories (including hats, scarves, jewelry, handbags), electronics, cookware, seasonal decorations (including christmas trees and nutcrackers), and more. My boyfriend was in search of a beanie while I was in search of a cool-looking Navy shirt. We found a nice beanie but not a cool-looking Navy shirt. However, I'll admit that the Hard Rock Cafe Navy hat was kind of cool!”

CAC office available on second floor — recommend appointments rather than walk in.”
“I have a chronic health condition that causes my weight to fluctuate to extremes. That being said I've gained quite a bit of weight while trying to manage it and decided it was time to buy pants. I went to five stores and was publicly humiliated in one of them when I walked through the door and was told they don't carry my size while I was mid sentence. I was not treated in this horrible way at Zumies. Morgan listened to my experience and got very upset for me, just as upset as I was. She walked me around the store and helped me find a pair of pants that I love! She even gave me advice on other stores in the city that fit plus size women. Morgan treated me with the respect and dignity that all human beings deserve. She showed me compassion and love! The world could use a couple million more people just like her! If you read this Morgan, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made me feel beautiful!”

“When I first walked in I was thrown off for a second because the employees were lined up talking and not helping customers. Like most shoe stores the employees get paid off commission so it was very surprising to me. However, out the corner of my eye a very beautiful girl approached me and asked me if I needed help with anything. I immediately thanked her for doing her job and not being clicked in with the other employees that were standing around and not approaching customers. She helped me find a great pair of shoes for my son! I asked her for her full name at the register to write a great review about her. Her name was Taylor Guest and she had very cool blue and black braids. When employees like Taylor stand out to me I feel almost obligated to write a review because I way back when worked in retail and it was not the easiest. I know it would make me feel better to see a review after a long day of doing my job correctly.”
