“I brought in a bunch of games to have checked out and sold. The process was very simple, but I called/emailed first of course. This place has such a nice atmosphere! Haha, it made me want to keep the games I sold! I’m a little old person now… and well, I just don’t have the time to game like I used to. So, I’m glad I got to sell the games at a fair price :) Great store and friendly staff.”
“Everything i walk in here, i see so many 80s toys it reminds me of my childhood. They have comics, manga and lots of newer toys and collectibles. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable.”
“The best local store! I love going there to buy my Pokémon and one piece products and accessories to play Tcg, they also have a huge selection of funko pops. I also love to spend time playing cards there, they have a lot of tournaments during the week. The workers are also really friendly!”
“We leave in nearby Lake Ridge, but every time family comes to visit and we take a stroll in Occoquan, we go to Puzzle Palooza! We easily spend $100+ dollars each time and we love the care and attention from the employees. They are all so kind and fun to talk to! The variety of puzzles and games to choose from is great and there is always new stuff! We love Puzzle Palooza!”
“The greatest store in the mall. It’s always clean. The staff are fantastic. They always have everything offered by Lego (except in rare occasions when things get released)
If you have kids or buy Legos this is the place for you. If you are not a member become one so you can earn points. They have a great damaged box section they you can get sets for a little cheaper or extra points.”
“They have books, magazines, games, a few Lego sets and lots of random things. The staff here is helpful and will help you find books if you can’t locate them yourself. They don’t mind if you flip through there products before you buy them.
This store is at the end of the mall that doesn’t get much foot traffic. But if you look for a quiet place in the mall then head there. It’s easy to find and the store is big enough to explore for 10 minutes or so if you like books.”

“This was my first visit here. I fell in love at the fact you can make purchases of products. I went to mail off a box of Christmas items and turned around and saw this amazing 2024 Star Trek Calender being a "Trekie" Star Trek Fan.. I was cryn laughing tears of excitement. I live it here and will vist more.”
