My husband came in with a lip laceration and the “doctor” said he didn’t need stitches which was obviously not true. I worked in EMS and I keep telling him that my husband needed stitches not to mention I had a similar injury before. The difference is that I went to Inova and was treated by a knowledgeable practitioner. Anyway either the “doctor” is an idiot or straight up lazy. Now my husband is dealing with bad scaring of the injury and our wedding is in 10 days. Seriously patient first is where all the doctor rejects and doctors who made C’s in med school work. Go to Inova….even if you have to drive further away.

I’ve had several good experiences here. The waits are almost always long, but I don’t think it can be helped in many cases.

This place said I have COVID. At home tests say I don't have COVID.
The only reason I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of one is because of one person: Daveon.
Total sweetheart and what the medical industry needs more of, kind, empathetic souls.
I was checked in within 30 minutes but sat so long in the doctor's room that the light turned off on me.
An hour later, Dr. Andrew Pfaff walks in. He was my issued doctor.
His body told me I had COVID before his words did. He treated me like I was a walking disease the moment he walked in.
He was not nice. Rude. I don't know if I said something that rubbed him the wrong way or if he was just tired. It was the end of the day. But his bedside manner was so deplorable and he was so nasty, while this is my second time coming, I won't be back just because of Dr. Pfaff. Too many urgent care options to deal with that again.
To add insult to injury, I don't trust their COVID test. I took a COVID test days before. Negative. I took TWO Binax Now tests the next day, not even 24 hours later. Both negative. See pictures. The problem? They now have COVID in my medical file when it's a good chance it's a misdiagnosis.
It is worth noting that while Dr. Pfaff said I was positive for COVID, the fine print for their test states that the test tests for a few strands of Influenza (not COVID) and other stuff, so it is possible that I was positive for the flu and not COVID. Dr. Pfaff did not bother explaining that. I had to read the fine print and draw that conclusion on my own.
Between the horrible bedside manner and unreliable testing, I cannot recommend this place to ANYONE in good conscience.

Came here back to back days for a TB test and result review for work. On the first day, I finished all the paperwork and x ray in about 2 hours time. Then, I waited another two hours in the room because the nurse told me i had to wait to be seen seen by the doctor. Then a nurse came and told me oh we didn't know someone was here and then let me go. The next day, they tried to get me to do the same tests as the day before, even though I had told them I'm just here to go over results. Luckily, the nurse who saw remembered me from the day before and was able to leave not to long after. If I had an actual emergency Rip ?

Horrible time management, waited for over an hour Lights turned off both times I came for a visit. 2nd time it happened.
Lady in the front have good service but they make you wait forever. last time Im coming here.

The staffer that handled my check-in wanted me to fill out documentation and consent forms that were totally unnecessary, and contrary to my historical transactions with this Patient First office.

The service of Dr Monsurul Khan, M.D. is regrettable. a bit of a lack of his profession as a dr d a private clinic according to.
The lady who took my blood test only arrived with her laboratory test
He didn't greet me, he just told me to lie down and your date of birth, the blood came out very badly, then it came out, leaving my part of the arm bleeding without putting a band aid on.

I was very lucky when I went there. It was quiet and I was in and out in 45 minutes. I know it not usually like that. However if they are busy, they are doing the best they can. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My girls have been to this facility a few times this past year and I must say the PA Brandon is simply wonderful. He has great bedside manner with children. The ladies at check-in were very pleasant for a busy Saturday morning! My daughter was diagnosed with an ear infection and had antibiotics( No separate trip to the pharmacy!) within a reasonable amount of time. I love this facility and will continue to come here if we are unable to see her pediatrician.
