“Very professional, honest, and quick. I went in today to get a new shock absorber and side marker light and they were very nice and communicated with me throughout the entire process. They said that there were around 3 cars ahead of mine and only 1 mechanic available, but it still only took around 3.5 hours. The people are very pleasant and honest as well.”

“Took my car in for some issues another local shop Wiygul told me I needed replaced before passing inspection. Wiygul quoted me over $ 2,500.00 in repairs. Mr Choi checked everything that apparently needed to be replaced, to my surprise NOTHING needed to be replaced!
He told me that there were 2 items that will eventually need replacing but it was not necessary to do it now! Mr Choi also replaced a low beam bulb for a very reasonable price, back in Oct 2023 Wigyl intially charged me $ 298.00 The same bulb burned again and now to do it again now they wanted $ 146.00!!
I am very dissapointed with Wiygul since they wanted to do unnecesary work! Seems like they are just after one thing, to nail you with a large bill!

I explained my predicament and asked how late they were open… I told the owner that I would just come back later, he said not to worry and squeezed me in right away. Customer service and is on point. He is honest and knows what he is doing!My wife took her Mini-Coop to Wiyguls and they tried to charge her $2700 for repairs saying the needed to take the engine out......Mr. Kim looked at and said it was not necessary and did the repairs substantially LESS than Wiyguls.I would highly recommend them.........I live in 15 minutes away and will travel because I trust them 100%!!!!!!”

“stopped by this Shell for the fist time to see if I could walk-in and get an emissions test. It was late in the afternoon and I wasn't sure they would have time or patience for a walk-in. Immediately I was greeted with a smile and accommodation. They asked me questions and took care of the care. The technical that brought the car out also asked me questions about the car and safety inspection, etc. just to make sure I was covered. He welcomed me to come back for any additional service. They treat customers just like a dealership would, without all the hassle and appointments of a dealership.”

“These are my dudes . All the people talking trash about the cashier is rude and all that .. it's a gas station people , not a 5 star restaurant. The cashiers definitely are as attentive and polite as they need to be, have you ever seen some of the people they have to deal with ? They have decent prices and the station is cleaner then most in Woodbridge. Keep your head up guys, you do a good job Don't listen to haters. Btw , the one cashier makes sure the pan handlers aren't bothering customers asking for change !! He will kick the homeless out quick . Which I appreciate. It's the dude that drives Acura MdX. He don't play with these clowns out here that stand at the pumps asking everyone for cash .. drives me nuts”
“Prompt, great service, fully recommend! My car started making braking sounds on a Friday and it got worse over the weekend. It was hard to find someone who would look at it. Monday morning, I called around and finally spoke to Bao who graciously told me to bring it in. Receptionist was prompt, took my information and Bao came over to ask about the car. He drove the car around and came inside to talk to me. Told me right away what he thought the problem is, but he needed to look under the car to make sure. Luckily they had the parts, I had my car back in under 2 hours, fixed. Thankful for the prompt service. I'll be coming here from now on.”
