Worst Branch of Atlantic Union EVER!!!!!!!. Always so RUDE. Always wasting people's time. Clearly wanting to make everyone's life much more difficult then it has to be. Always Slow and unapologetic about it. If you have Atlantic Union AVOID this specific location. Just a bunch of selfish, rude Jenks. I've never had a good encounter there EVER!!!! I WOULD RATHER GIVE THEM A -5.

I rarely go to the physical branch, especially this one. The service is so slow it’s almost painful. Usually one person is working the drive thru (I go so I don’t have to bring my kids inside). Waited 10 mins in line on a Wednesday morning.

Atlantic Union absorbed my original bank, First Market. Atlantic Union does not respond to fraud the same way. I am BROKE until next week due to Atlantic Union's process for handling a hacked debit card. NOT OK

I have a car loan with Atlantic Union Bank I called in January for a payoff I was told the balance was $2.347.00 Ok so I waited until March to call I asked for another payoff it was $2.347.00 fast forward to July 7 2022 again I asked for a payoff it was $2.312.00 I asked the person on the phone what happened to the six payments I made this year she just said the Bank has fees of unknown reasons I called back ask for the Bank manager I was told they will call me back I have not received a call or information about my account and payments I will contact the FCC on Monday I just wanted to pay the car off the Bank is playing games if you have a car loan check your payments and loan balance !!

One of the worst banks I have dealt with. Really doesn't matter which branch I visit the drive thru is horrible. Also a 10 min plus wait. You will also have to wait a couple of days before your deposit to go thru if deposit cash, check and anything else. I've had used better banks. Apple is a good bank. Which they had more down south.

If you want to get information from this bank, good luck. I've been in my industry 25 years and have never worked with a bank that was as difficult to get a payoff for a client. Had to get written permission from the client (even with their client sitting with me) to provide them verification. Even after providing this, it took a day to respond and then they would only mail the payoff. What you can normally get from a lender in a matter of minutes takes days.

I have been a member of Atlantic Union Bank for ten plus years and after today I am contemplating closing all of my accounts and credit cards. This morning, I stopped in the drive through on my way out of state to get cash out and the teller gave my money and Drivers license to another drive through lane. The person left and I sat there for ten minutes before they realized the mistake they had made. But not before they sent someone else’s tube with their info to me. They gave me the cash I had requested but basically I would be without my drivers license until he returned. It could not have happened at a worse time as I was on my way out of state and needed my drivers license for several events I was attending. Not to mention to drive!! There was basically nothing they could do to correct the error and I just had to wait and hoped he would come back. Luckily he came back a short time later and I was able to leave but not after an overwhelming amount of stress. I just can’t understand how this could happen.

This Union Bank & Trust always has fast and efficient service through the drive-through and inside. Of course Friday afternoons are a little busy. However, I have found that that to be true with any bank in my experience.
