my 82 year old husband had an appointment, his first visit. He was sure it was for 10:30am and it was for 10 am he was 20 minutes late. yes he should have looked at his card but had lost it and felt sure of the time. She was very rude about it. All he could say was I am sorry. I started working in South Hill in 2016 and it took me awhile to find a hair stylist that gets it right every time! Catherine is amazing! She makes you feel comfortable from the first second. I have a double crown and other funky hair issues and she gets it right every time! Call and get an appointment ASAP, you won’t be disappointed.
