David, who is the service manager there is AMAZING!!!!! Called at 10:30 AM about a blade being loose on a mower (that wasn't even a Deere), and someone came out at 3:00 PM and had it tightened, and back up + mowing!!! He is the man, the world needs more people like him. Thank you so much!!!
