I had to close and open my accounts because they got hacked. I was treated with patience, empathy and compassion throughout the whole process. AND....I was able to put a freeze on my accounts on a holiday because Primis has a 24/7 help line. I would not bank anywhere else!

I love the Sona bank in Tappahannock. The teller at this branch near Central Garage was very rude and not at all helpful. I learned the hard way to never visit this branch again.
