I've been doing business with Dixon's since they opened their shop in King William, 13 years ago. However, I normally work with Joe who is out this week. My car showed a code on my way home from work and I stopped at the shop. Jeremy, who apparently is the owner, read the code and stated that it was the throttle. He stated that he would give me a loaner and they would look at my car. This was at 3pm yesterday August 19. I heard nothing from them and when I called was sent to voice mail, with no reply. I returned to the shop in the terrible loaner car that barely ran and bad brakes, Jeremy stated he told me yesterday that they wouldn't be able to look at it today because they have a schedule. Not something I ever heard from Joe. Unfortunately he did not state that yesterday in any context. Old not senile, Jeremy. He was rude and disrespectful and certainly not concerned in continuing a relationship with a long term customer.

These guys are the best! I was left without brakes on a Saturday evening after my daughters baby shower; planning on visiting my Dad in the hospital on Sunday who was in his final days but was holding on to see his new great granddaughter. I was not optimistic he would make. I just couldn’t get there to see him and I was just heartbroken and didn’t know what I could do to get there. On Monday morning I called Dixon’s first thing and explained the situation, even though they were booked, they offered me a loaner car and let me drop my car off. That was so important to me because it was the last day my Dad was alive but thanks to these special people I was able to get to the hospital and spend time with my Dad! I will always remember them for giving me that special time with Dad! Thank you guys for caring about the situation I was in and making this happen.

Thank you to all the employees at Dixons Automotive. It's tough for me to get my camper inspected due to my work schedule. Dixons took care of me the past 2 afternoons and accommodated my hectic schedule. Great customer service guys!!!

Honest/transparent and tactful. Treated me with respect and finally got my jeep (which had been expired for inspection since 2021!!) up to date and legal!

My vehicle passed state inspection and that was the outcome that I expected. My brother took my vehicle in for the inspection and he wad thoroughly impressed with the customer service, professionalism, and thoroughness of checking my vehicle. Thanks to the team for a great job

First time using Dixon's for service with Carmax's warranty. Was very well taken care of. They even stayed till 630, an hour after they closed, to make sure I got my vehicle back by the date they promised. Will definitely be using Dixon's for any future automotive repair needs!

I went by multiple other shops and was more or less brushed off due to them having a 2-3 week wait list for a simple state inspection. I walked into Dixon’s with no appointment and they got me right in. Joey and the rest of the staff were polite, professional and courteous. The entire building was clean and the waiting area was stocked up with complimentary drinks and snacks. I previously worked as a mechanic for over 10 years while I also held a state inspection license. In the time I spent there and the conversations I overhead of the technicians taking to the service writers, I could tell these guys really knew their stuff. Dixon’s comes highly recommended by me and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to use them again when the time comes.

I came in the shop hoping to get a small minor job worked on. My windshield wiper broke off last night Employee Joe had no problem with it. I was in an out the shop in less than 10 minutes. I have always been serviced at Dixon's for last two years. They have been doing a great job. ?

I want to give the crew at Dixons Automotive a big thank you! With all the rain we’ve been having, my car filled up with gallons of water around the air conditioner/cabin filter area. It got so full it ran over into the inside floor board. Over an inch of water was inside! They found so much gunk…leaves and dirt had plugged up all drains. They did everything right. Great service and crew!
