Two technicians worked with me to fix my mom’s phone. They were both polite, patient and helped me restore her phone line. I appreciate them spending two hours with customer service to fix it. Not an ideal situation but these two were awesome!

My husband and I came in to upgrade my phone and Alan was THE BEST. We upgraded and he saved us a little money and pointed out my husband was due for an upgrade! Score! Also he was super personable and the whole thing was totally painless. 7/5 recommend working with Alan in the future
