Cristina is absolutley amazing. The bank has so many services and at the very best rates and such! I got all done within an hour, personal business LLC accounts, private checking/savings, safe deposit boxes my goodness! Goodbye Navy Federal! Cristina’s proficiency and knowledge are top-notch!!! She’s a keeper!!!

This is my local bank and the tellers/employees are knowledgeable and very professional. Never have I had to wait too long nor have I ever had a bad experience. Always very kind and smiling!!

This branch has the most courteous and helpful people like Madeline Bosque who always is very friendly and helpful and Cristina Scholes, Karen Sanford ,Karamjeet, and Priscilla O. Morgan are all the best.They always greet me and other customers with a big smile and professional manner. I always have very good memories of them specially Ms.Bosque is awesome. I really appreciate her work and I can not find words to express how grateful I am.
Cristina’s smile makes me feel so happy, she is a beautiful soul.

Been dealing with this bank since I was old enough to have a savings account, first they closed my savings account without me knowing then going through the drive through their atm takes all my money then proceeds to tell me I can’t deposit today. Patience is wearing thin with Atlantic Union for sure .

It's really a shame...I was looking for a new bank and thought I'd try local. Quick search and right away I find the DEI statement. I recommend you take your money elsewhere and the company changes their woke policies. Go woke, go broke. I wanted to like this bank, but can't support thier support of woke policies which only support a small fraction of this country.

Just like the other reviews. Clearly not a well-managed or well-supervised branch. ATM frequently out of service and closest alternative branch is far. Cannot get a person on the phone. Left 3 telephone messages to ask an account question including 2 in the branch manager's voicemail - no return call days later.

I have had the same bank account for probably 20 years. I have been with this company since they were Union Bank. This is by far the absolute worst branch I have ever dealt with. I have only ever been through the drive-through and every time it is a terrible experience. Nobody is friendly at the window. I have been the only car in the drive-through and they don’t even acknowledge me. Sometimes my boyfriend will take the deposit for me if I don’t have time to go. When he went yesterday the teller was extremely rude and then made him give an ID when all he was doing was depositing cash for me and the slip was already filled out. Get it together King George.

Everytime I go into the bank, I barely get a hello, how are you, will be with you in a minute,....nothing! I get a better greeting at Walmart. But someone else that has been with Atlantic Union Bank for a period of time always seems to get an enthusiastic greeting. Guess I need to earn my time before that happens. How long does that normally take?

We have banked here since it was King George State Bank, a very long time. Today I closed my account very frustrated . This account was used primarily for hiding money. The past few years have been tough and I forgot about the account as I was in another state taking care of a loved one. This April I received a call that they had a cashiers check for me, but until last week when they called again I was not able to get there.
