PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER.
It’s been 2 weeks since the purchase and haven’t been able to drive it due to the issues.
I recently purchased a 2013 Audi q7 for 8,400 from Sam and the engine light cut on immediately after purchase. Took it to get check and this car has over 8,000 worth of repairs. It has major issues the engine needs to be replaced. I called the warranty company that he sold to me with the car and they stated that these are pre existing issues and denied coverage. There is an oil leak on the car that apparently have been there for a long time with caused the issues with the engine. This guy has not did one thing to accommodate me in this situation. I asked to return the car he refused I also asked can he at least give half the money back so that I can at least try to get it fixed and he also refused that. This is the worst business I’ve ever received from a dealer.

I purchased a 2008 Subaru Oct. 7, 2023 approximately 3 1/2 months ago and had issues with the vehicle after a week. When we arrived, Sam (dealer) already had car running, so I didn’t truly get to hear it crank after sitting for however long. Truth be told, I didn’t have a bad experience with Sam per se, he was pleasant. I would’ve been happy with my purchase had I gotten what I paid for. My car was basically 8k(after fees), which was priced at great condition. After having the car for two weeks, I knew I was overcharged and Sam wasn’t as honest of a business man as he presented. I now think that the cars on his lot are purchased from an auction with little to no maintenance done afterwards and priced at top value even though it probably needs several repairs.
1st: auto starter stopped working; 2nd power locks stopped working (front doors only); 3rd check engine, traction, and cruise control lights came on. 4th Tire pressure light was on when purchased, but one of the tires visibly needed air, so I didn’t think much of it. After a day or so light never went off (it’s still on ??♀️). 5th heat/air just stopped working this past weekend! That includes the defrost and everything! I almost have to laugh to keep from crying.
After a week the car started to sound ROUGH (Gradually got louder) at first start up, but quiets after light tap on the gas. Put car on the machine at autozone (per Sam’s recommendation) it read “fuel cap”. Replaced the fuel cap, had the dash lights reset… after a few days the lights were right back on. Car ride’s horrible!!!! Sounds awful!!!! It’s a raggedy little thing. Practically falling apart. I don’t even drive it that much. I got it at 135.008 miles and I think I just hit 136k something. I literally work 3min from home and I telework one day a week, so it’s definitely not wear and tear on my part. I mean seriously… it’s only been a few months! Not too mention, he waited until the last minute to send off for my tags and I received them after my 30days expired… after being told I would get them the very next week.
I am so livid, because I went against my instincts. Something just didn’t feel right, and now I know. To be fair, I only reported the fuel cap issue to Sam, but knew after that call not to call back as he really didn’t care and had no obligation to help at this point. I’m just upset that dealers get to take advantage of peoples trust. As the professionals in that field, honest tax paying citizens rely on them for honest business. He didn’t even want to come down on the price (knowing he hadn’t invested much outside of purchasing it at a discounted rate). I took out a loan to get that car and now I have to put it in the shop after 3 months and still making payments. Not for one issue…. SEVERAL!!! I mean the car is a raggedy so and so just like the deal I made with Sam.
Moral of this story: DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE! Do NOT purchase a car without getting it thoroughly checked before you buy. I trusted that Sam was a man of his word and it got me screwed over. With that, I DO not recommend this dealership to anyone. When you spend your hard earned money… you should be able to expect a good deal, a fair exchange. Sure the car was overpriced, but I would’ve been happy as long as I got a decent car.
I’m taking the car to Subaru this week and will return with updates.
1/25/2024: As promised im back with an update from Subaru. The compressor is about to give out. Long story short. For labor, diagnostic, and parts it’s going to cost me $1700. So, the warranty I got when I bought the car doesn’t cover anything I need done.
Please use caution if you decide to go with this dealer. I personally do not recommend buying anything from him. My best guess is that he purchases these cars from an auction and sells them not knowing what’s wrong with them. The concern is that he doesn’t do his due diligence to ensure he’s acting in the best interest for his customer’s safety and to protect th

Samir was so patient and helpful. We bought a Jeep from him all the way from Texas! He answered every question, took pics, and video. He stayed in touch with us the entire way through the process. It was a wonderful transaction!

If I could give zero stars I would. The salesman blatantly lied about issues that the Jeep had and said the only reason it wouldn’t pass VA inspection was because the defroster didn’t work. I pick the Jeep up to drive it back to NC and get an hour down the road when the brakes completely go out. Come to find out after viewing the rejection sticker, the vehicle failed for brakes also. This rejection sticker was obtained after the deal was done. After contacting the company, they refuse to do anything even though we almost lost our lives due to them withholding key safety information. I am currently in contact with a lawyer about this. I would not buy a single vehicle from this dealer EVER!

I wish I could put zero stars on this place. I had an unfortunate accident with my Camry and as I am almost 6 months pregnant and still working, I needed a good car ASAP. We were looking at a CRV he had for sale that he claimed was his father's car and had no issues. We test drove it and it drove fine so we put 800 down to hold the car and came back with 5200 that I got from the insurance. Not even 15 minutes away, the car would not accelerate and three different engine lights came on. This happened TWICE! My fiancé hooked up a code reader and apparently the engine wasn't getting oil. Needless to say I almost got into an accident driving this car. I'm crying and my fiancé is begging the dealer to give us our money back. And when we finally got back to the dealer he said it was the tires that was why the car wouldn't accelerate. Oh give me a break! He only gave us 5200 of our 6000 back and that's only because he hadn't cashed the check yet. Really sad that people are willing to lie and cheat others just to make a paycheck! I'm disgusted that my unborn son was in that car. I do not trust this place with anything in me. I may be young but I know when something is not right with a car and please don't waste my time saying it was just the tires. Complete and total joke! Would like to take him to court unfortunately wondering if I’m willing to listen to more of his bs without puking my guts out. For shame for real. Thanks for stealing 800 dollars that should have been used to buy my son clothes and a bed and diapers.
