Can we say AWESOME! I live about 2 blocks from a different NAPA, but the they did not have the parts I needed in stock, but the web showed this store did. I paid a visit here on 5/13/2023 and could not be happier with the service I received. The lady that assisted me was very polite and professional. Told her what I needed, she looked it up, went in the back and got what I needed, I paid for it and was out the door in less than 5 minutes. She even offered to assist with carrying the parts to my truck, as they were heavy, but I managed this part on my own. Could not ask for better service. I highly recommend anyone needing auto parts to consider this store.

I had the worst customer service ever at the King Gearge Va Napa. The counter (Lyndsey and Rachel) the manager Joe and eventually the owner Bob Chambers All had attitude problems because i wanted a fair compensation for the labor on an alternator that only lasted 4 months, Rachel stood there and listened while Lyndsey and Joe insisted that instead of me going to Fredericksburg and picking up the new one, i wait an hour and it would arrive in king george, they told me 3 times i would get a call when it arrived and they never called. I stopped the next morning to find that it did arrive and Lyndsey said she left early and left my number on a ticket on the counter, i asked if she told rachel to call even though i knew she stood there and heard it all the day before, she said " i left it on the counter" when i asked rachel why she didnt call she said "i wasnt the one that was dealing with you" it was very obviously out of spite esp now seeing that im not the only review about the trash attitudes there, i see the one right before me is about lyndsey being rude, when i left there on the way to get my son to school my alternator blowing apart causing a hole in my radiator. for two weeks now my radiator has been leaking all over my driveway, the church and school parking lots and the driveways of every customer of mine. The attitudes started the instant I didn't just except the replacement part and asked for compensation for the labor, luckily i didnt crash due to the loss of power steering and overheating causing me to pull over rapidly in traffic, I then had to find a ride for my son to school and fix the alternator there on the side of the road resulting in a nasty case of chiggers and an additional 1/2 day away from the job where I had guys on the job, the owner Bob Chambers came to the conclusion that by coming there and showing them the leaking radiator and returning the trash attitude to them i made an "unsafe workplace" i said two cuss words regrettably while i was there and now im banned from the store, anyone that knows me (including them now) knows im a local business owner, a christian and a war veteran, just looking to be treated fair, they plan to do nothing to compensate for all of this nightmare. So now I'm dealing with corporate for the third time through the same transaction. Until this is resolved i will be on it like white on rice on a paper plate and a glass of milk in a snow storm. they could never be as relentless as me when im done wrong.

When i asked why i didnt get the call Lyndsey said with an attitude "i left early" so i asked Rachel and she said " I wasnt the one deaing with you" even though she was standing there listening the whole time and knew good and well what the deal was. I purchased the best alternator available and is started screaming after four months and the sales rep, con and attitude the instant I didn't just except the replacement part and asked for compensation for the labor, and then decided not to call me like they and the manager promised 3 times they would, and as a result, the alternator blew apart while taking my son to school the next morning luckily not causing an accident due to the loss of power steering and overheating in traffic, I then had to find a ride for my son to school and fix the alternator there on the side of the road resulting in a nasty case of chiggers and a lot of time missed from work where I had guys on the job also in the end, the owner came to the conclusion that they were going to do nothing to compensate for all of this nightmare. So now I'm dealing with corporate for the third time through the same transaction.

went in to see if buy chance they had a brake spring for my granddaughters four wheeler but they did not carrier what i needed but the gentlemen working went out of his way to help me find a spring in there spring ben to find something i could make work found one i could make work after a few min took it home cut it down to fit and now my 9yr old grand daughter is happy .thank you guys vary much for making her day .

No facemask enforcement for customers during a pandemic. Exorbitant prices. No reason to go here when there are multiple better options in Dahlgren.
