“While this facility is a bit old and somewhat worn it certainly met our needs for the time we rented the spaces.
As others have said the really big selling point is the customer service.
An earlier location was constantly upping the rent ro ridiculous prices and wasn't totally secure. Community Storage had neither of these issues and are very service oriented.

“Just wanted to reply to Jeff"s review because what he is saying is a LIE, he bought 2 lockers took the treasures and filled my locker up with his trash could not even get in the doorway because all his trash blocked it!! Then wanted his deposit back and leaves a bad review!”

“We moved a 2 bedroom apartment, 80 minutes away, to a 6th floor apartment. Other companies quoted 7-8 hours for our move. Quality Moving Experts was quick and efficient and had us moved into our new home in 5 hours, including the travel time. They were the most price competitive and their movers were respectful and polite. They also helped me by taking my old mattress and box frame to the dump for a nominal fee. They are dependable, reliable and very responsive to their customers. I didn't had any of my stuff pack, because i was busy for a few days, so as soon as they arrived they started to pack and completed their pack in an hour. They were thorough, careful, fast and diligent.The crew arrived exactly on time. Everything was packed very well - nothing broke! And the crew was fast. They put the boxes in the rooms that I had labeled on them.The crew with really sweet and positive spirit. If I move again, they will be my top choice! will recommend them without any hesitation to my friends and relatives.”
