I have scheduled appointment to see a car one day prior and I drove 100 miles to see this car, but when I get there they said they have sold the car this morning. It was very bad experience and very disappointing.Very rude and unprofessional.It’s not the way you should be doing business!At least you can give me a call back so that I didn’t come!

I overplayed for my ford eco sport after driving two hours to get there. when we talked on the phone they were talking numbers of 13,499. They kept me real late on a Friday and I finally caved at an $18,500 loan. This was In January and the cars still only worth 10k so they gave me the old switcharoo. Really bad initial few conversations with Max. 0 customer service or interest in replying positively/ warmly. I was more interested in buying (not anymore now). Body language/ interest to sell seemed pathetic. Such a turn off. They probably lost one of the only few customers they would get in these times. Too bad. To add to that, wrote an email copying the GM of that dealership and no apology or response/ acknowledgement from either lol. Talk about customer service haha or trying to win business. Terrible Customer service and reflects badly on Ford. #FORD #FORDCUSTOMERSERVICE. I would give negative stars if thats an option. btw, i was enquiring about a Raptor. Might ring a bell with Mr Max. Too bad, you aint the only Ford dealership in the area and this aint the only website for dealer reviews!! I hope the GM and Regional Manager read this review. I have sent my feedback to Ford as well
