My personal experience with the Bayside Auto Group has been less than pleasant. This experience has grossly manifested itself after dealing with the sales team at both the Annapolis and King George locations. The quality of the Annapolis location’s showroom matches the quality of the vehicles they attempt to sell.
I personally find their sales tactics to be deceptive and manipulative; which is a low bar to hurdle given the industry standard present throughout much of the country. I would caution buyers to educate themselves on manipulative sales structures prior to entering a Bayside dealership. This comes from a well qualified buyer with a little bit of street knowledge ascertained from previous deceptive vehicle purchasing mistakes. Profit over people.

My experience was very good. The sales staff financial folks and service folks did a great job as usual. There are a few hiccups, but they were able to get through them and I got exactly what I wanted.

What a pleasure it was working with Brian Williams and Ryan at Bayside Jeep in King George Va. We found our new vehicle through Bryon’s post on Marketplace and then scheduled a visit to test drive through Messenger. We loved the vehicle and sat down to do a deal. Based on our research of the same vehicle at other dealers, Bayside’s pricing was the best. And, our trade in value was excellent . We really got a great deal. Highly recommend Bayside! Ask for Bryan Williams!

The process of purchasing a vehicle at this dealership has been the most enjoyable experience I have had in recent years, thanks to Danny's patient and meticulous explanation of the features of the Wrangler. He demonstrates professionalism in all aspects and provides valuable financial advice and assistance. Additionally, their team is exceptionally warm and friendly. Therefore, I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Wrangler or any other vehicle to consider buying from this dealership. Once again, thank you very much for Danny's help and explanation yesterday, which greatly enhanced my understanding of my new car.

I had a great experience! Michael went above & beyond for me. Kim made sure I understood the sales agreement & understood my warranty. Even after the transaction had been completed & I’d had my fun little Jeep! They’ve still been super helpful & more than willing to answer any questions I have. I definitely recommend them & will be a returning customer!!!

I just bought my new vehicle from here and had a great experience. Our salesman, Michael Rafter was fantastic. He was very open, honest and willing to work with us in every way possible. He made the experience go by very smoothly, listened and made our opinions/wants a priority. We genuinely loved working with him and highly, highly recommend him for buying a vehicle!

Mike, Matt and Adam were excellent salesmen. They all worked together to make buying my new R/T a very easy transition. No haggling was straight forward on purchase. This has been one of my easiest car buys ever. Their customer service is second to none. Need more people like that in sales. Additionally, working with Devon to close out financial papers were outstanding and the quickest signing ever. Keep up the good work.

Cannot say how much I would not recommend this dealership or its slimy manager Chris. We are in another state so we worked for days trying to get a deal going and financing started, drove 3 hours to get here today and after being here 2 and a half hours trying to get pricing and fees straight because they had incorrect fees listed, they sold the car to someone who must not have been concerned about their shiesty practices.

Fairly decent experience. A little disappointed that the truck I was coming in to see was not ready when I was told by multiple people it would be ready when I get there that afternoon. Otherwise, the sales people were friendly and really wanted to get the deal done.
Update (3/19/24): After owning my truck for a couple months now, I have experienced some very unfortunate circumstances, many of which could've been avoided had the dealership done their job. I have had to replace all 4 tires on the truck, when inspected only 1 out of the 4 would've passed inspection, the other 3 were all below 3/32 (the minimum tread depth). In addition, the wheel alignment on the truck was severely out, causing my tires to wear unevenly, ultimately leaving me on the side of the road with a flat tire, the worst part being that there was no jack kit it the truck, requiring me to be towed instead of being able to put a spare on. This is cause me to become quite inconvenienced as well as costing me additional monies that could've otherwise been avoided or at least resolved with causing the inconvenience. Be ware if you are to buy a used vehicle from this dealership, they don't go above and beyond, only the absolute minimum.
