“I discovered this bead store when I became a fan of Holly Bean, a wonderful nature loving bead embroidery artist who dabbles in bead weaving too. As she teaches in person classes there I make the hike from northern VA to go to King George to support one of the few local bead stores left in the area. Woman-owned and now belonging to Terry's daughter Aubrey, this is a multigenerational bead store that I hope will continue to be a long time staple and gem to the area. I love all the variety of beads to include Czech, Austrian crystal, Chinese crystals, semiprecious gemstones beads, seed beads, findings and cabs, finished jewelry, trunk shows and kits this store has. Terry and Aubrey do a fantastic job of keeping the store well stocked and great customer service everytime I visit.Spend $300 and get 20 percent off a purchase of anything regular price in the store (not part of trunk shows). The classroom is on the smaller side but it means you have a much more time getting to know fellow students and more time with the instructor. I only wish I lived closer but my wallet would be a lot lighter if that were the case.”
