The rep cancelled last minute after making and appointment, the rep was rude and short with me over the phone. Not a good look H&R, definitely recommend going over your call logs and listening to that one. Tell me to drop off my paper work with personal info and leave, yea, no.

The receptionist was friendly and greeted us when we walked in. I don't know if she type something in her computer or if the tax preparer has a sixth sense and knew we were there but, we didn't have a wait. In and out with all questions answered. Would definitely recommend if it ever comes up which sadly it never does. You guys do a awesome job though that's why we keep coming back.

We saw Gail Davis and she was so wonderful. She had us laughing the whole time. Ive never had this much fun with taxes. But im not allowed to return without a ring on my GFs finger (haha). Super quick super easy. Cost a chunk of change but ultimately it was worth it
