I always take my daughters here for pedicures and to get their nails done. Kent, Ann, Mimi, Ben and everyone else are always so kind to us. We’re always happy with our services. It is very clean and we never have to wait long.

Hey everyone ,I noticed a former employee going on a smear campaign against this business and I would like to clear a few things up as a person who helps maintain this establishment The almost elderly woman making these inflammatory statements was the most toxic manicurist here. She would often yell and speak poorly at her clients and she was known to make a seen in front of a full salon if things weren't going her way. She often rushed her guest in order to steal work from her fellow techs. After her cheating ways were brought to light and she could no longer steal services and bully the owner she threw what was one of her daily tantrums and quit mid shift. As for her statement in regards to pushing their client's into using cash in hopes to evade taxes. If she had her own business instead attempting to ruin one. She would know that credit card companies charge per transaction that can be costly, a cost that can avoided using CASH. All this being said the owners are such genuine people who truly care about their staff and clients. They may not always get things right but they are always growing and willing to learn.

Nice people but middle of the road service…I appreciate the friendly nature but there does not to seem to be a standout feature or service offered that you can’t get anywhere else…it’s a good place to go for the basic manicure and pedicure…I can’t speak to any additional services …

Soooooo good hospitality, yet the woman who did my nails, needs never to touch my hands again. Dip on natural fingernails should look bulgy or wide. I asked her twice and even asked a lady who I thought understood me more. I didn’t get a manicure and she charged me 60 for dip. Ain’t no way!! My pedicure was gel, it was okay but for 55 it should have been perfect. My pedi was regular. I spent $110, I tipped the pedi but not for my nails because why!!

I decided to go to get my pedicure. When I arrived no one acknowledge me so I figured they were a little bit busy but then I see a lady on her phone doing nothing then a man walks pass me not acknowledging me and he get on his phone as well. So I patiently waited about seven minutes and I politely left. My first incident here I went for my eyebrows and this lady seems as if she didn't want to do them and then did them incorrectly. So I felt like this shop didn't want to service me for the second time.

Have the best pedicure ever at Herbal Nails and Spa today, hands down. I was apprehensive because I have never had services by Tai, but holy cow!!! Great pedi, lots of communication on what he was doing and why, always asked if I was okay, and the best deep tissue massage on my feet and legs ever. No joke!! I even changed my next pedi to Tai. I cannot compliment him enough and I highly recommend.

Pretty bad experience. At first, my nail tech seemed friendly. He was pretty funny. But then his “jokes” started to take an inappropriate turn. He wasn’t interested in me as we both play for our own teams, so it wasn’t inappropriate in that way, but he was making crude jokes and talking about some nights out he’s had. I was hopeful when a young girl sat next to me because I was thinking the “jokes” and TMI conversations would stop, but they didn’t. Which made me super uncomfortable cuz now this 10 year old could probably hear what he was saying and it was NOT appropriate for a child to hear. I’m a non-confrontational person (to a fault) so, I just tried minimal responses and quietly waited for it to be over. He didn’t take the hint and it continued for the reminder of the appointment. He made a “joke” about my toe nails which I had removed the polish from prior to going cuz I thought I was being helpful and I like to keep my toe nails short but he made it seem like that was a hassle. My tattoos came up in conversation and it came out that I’ve done some of my own, he then became really pushy about me adding him on instagram so we could “hang out” and I could do a tattoo for him. I just awkwardly smiled and said “yea okay” and he stopped doing what he was doing and just looked at me and then down at my phone like waiting for me to add him right there. I asked for a basic pedicure which is listed as $35 but then somehow I ended up spending $55. He had asked me if he could try a new thing he’d been wanting to try and I stupidly said sure (like sure whatever just do it so I can leave). He said he could take it off if I didn’t like it, but I was honestly too “afraid” to say I didn’t like it because I didn’t want more judgement or hassle. I know, I should have said something, but again, I’m non-confrontation to a fault and I just wanted to leave. I guess I thought since he wanted to try something new as a new skill or whatever, that my price would still be $35, but I guess I was wrong. It was $20 extra for what I guess was like that magnetic polish that looks kind of glittery. So, I spent $65 (yes, I still tipped him all after all that cuz, again, I didn’t want to deal with him giving me any grief for not tipping him) for an hour of uncomfortable conversation, a bit of harassment, and toes I didn’t even like, just to end up painting over them as soon as I got home. I know I should have said something while I was there, but also, I don’t feel like I should be put in a situation like that to begin with.
