17 years of service. At least 6 visits a year with repairs, oil changes and inspections. Never a problem. Quiet efficient and quick. Kieth always has a smile. Lol

We will never use these swindlers again. We dropped off our truck and asked for them to figure out what was wrong. Tuesday to Friday goes by with no word, so my husband calls. The truck was already worked on - instead of calling us to explain what was wrong and make sure we wanted them to complete the work, they just did it and then charged us over $600 and never called us. The owner refused to give us any sort of discount and only said “It was their mistake”. It was their mistake, and we had to pay for it. We’re not interested in finding out how much the owner expects customers to pay for their mistakes. We will never use them again.

I had to cancel my husband and I’s inspection because our daughter needed a doctor’s appointment. I believe there was a connection issue because I called two times and he hung up on me. I called the 3rd time and I just said hello to let the person know I am there hoping they could hear me and not hang up. The man yelled at me and said, “I said hello 3x’s!” I had the nerve to apologize but with this day and age of technology, this happens, and honestly, he should have been the one to apologize to me for yelling at me for something out of my control. Best believe I did not reschedule our appointment I will never go back. This would have been my second time going to them and I wanted to make it a yearly, lifetime visit. You just lost a costumer.
