ELIJAH AND SEAN WERE AMAZING!!! Helped me and my grandpa with an oil cap in PA. Didn't know how we were going to continue our trip. No where else had the part we needed, and the dealership parts store was closed. We felt hopeless. Sean was so kind to go through EVERY oil cap in stock with the help of Elijah they were able to find a match to my car to everyone's surprise. They need a raise they are great employees!!! God is good!!

I drive out of my way to go here. I didn't even know if my car would make it, but instead of going to my nearest auto store, I drove out to see them.Alijah and John, a manager there, are awesome. Always help me out with my car problems, even in the cold and rain.Please treat all these guys well. They're the best and will always look after you. :') Much love!

Last night I had a flat. I am 66 and sorry to say I have never changed a tire! We pulled into Auto Zone and I went inside. Sean offered to help me. It was raining and cold. My husband has Parkinson’s and couldn’t help. Sean brought a chair for him to sit in. I asked if he would let me help and teach me so I could do it next time. I’m between customers he came out and would do what he could. After closing the store he proceeded to change my tire. He was friendly and so helpful. I don’t know what we would have done without him. There are good people in the world and Sean is one of them.

I would give more stars if I could. I came in to get a set of screws for my license plate, and Shawn could not have been more helpful. First, he guided me to the generic license fasteners, as I have a Honda that should not have needed anything specific. When I went outside to attach them, they did not fit, so Shawn took it upon himself to find and attach the correct ones. He grabbed a shop screwdriver, ratchet, and Allen wrench and went to look at my car. It took many tries, but he never gave up, and he found the specific type that was needed at no extra cost. I really appreciated the effort that he put into assisting me, because I had places to be and am not very car savvy. This is the first time I’ve felt the need to write a review for an auto parts store, so thank you for going above and beyond.

5+ STARS!!! This Autozone went above and beyond for me. The part that I ordered did NOT show up on time due to a problem with their delivery driver. Upon learning that I would be stranded for five hours, the team called a competitor, verified the part was in stock there, and DROVE me to that store to purchase it. I always have preferred Autozone, but this store is absolutely ridiculous. Whoever manages this store deserves a raise.(I am not an employee or family member of this company)
