Damian showed up early and was ready to fix the issue with my TiVo. He was courteous, polite, and extremely knowledgeable. His expertise was very obvious because he didn’t take very long to identify the problem and get it fixed.

The worst and only internet company in our area and they don’t care to improve because there’s no competition meaning they get to charge ridiculous prices for horrible internet.
