This company is absolutely unethical. Do not trust them!!! They are a broker, not a moving company. They gave me an itemized quote to move my items. It was $1600. When the movers arrived, they gave me another quote, $4400!!!!! I thought the revised quote would be less than $1600 because I had less boxes than what was on my itemized list. The movers did not care about the itemized list at all!!!! They didn't even want to look at it. They kept insisting that I was misled by the broker, AAA moving company. Daniel, who was so helpful when he was trying to make the sale, was MIA when I needed him to resolve this crazy mess. They basically defrauded me. I lost my deposit!!!! I reached out by phone numerous times to get help, and they kept telling me that their accounting department would call me. But did they? NO! I ended up using a moving company who moved my goods for $2100. This industry needs to be regulated. AAA moving company needs to stop ripping off unsuspecting customers. I learned my lesson. It was an expensive lesson. Please don't let it happen to you.

We moved a 2 bedroom apartment, 80 minutes away, to a 6th floor apartment. Other companies quoted 7-8 hours for our move. Quality Moving Experts was quick and efficient and had us moved into our new home in 5 hours, including the travel time. They were the most price competitive and their movers were respectful and polite. They also helped me by taking my old mattress and box frame to the dump for a nominal fee. They are dependable, reliable and very responsive to their customers. I didn't had any of my stuff pack, because i was busy for a few days, so as soon as they arrived they started to pack and completed their pack in an hour. They were thorough, careful, fast and diligent.The crew arrived exactly on time. Everything was packed very well - nothing broke! And the crew was fast. They put the boxes in the rooms that I had labeled on them.The crew with really sweet and positive spirit. If I move again, they will be my top choice! will recommend them without any hesitation to my friends and relatives.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Save your self time money and the loss of the irreplaceable! Things to know 1) You are not working with AAA moving group they will not help you and they are contracting out the moving services to another company. This fact will be understated when they are trying to sell you on their moving services but will miraculously be overstated once your items are delivered late, they can't find them, additional charges are added for "truck fees" and your things are lost! 2) there is NO expedited shipping they will charge you a $300 fee for 14 day guaranteed delivery. The catch this is 14 business days so your thing will still just arrive in 21 to 31 days! They were awful every step of this process I meet with difficulty uncertainty and complete inconvenience. Their customer service although surface level polite was meet with an attitude of I'm sorry but its not our problem nor is it our fault. Oh and oh well you signed the contract. I specifically asked if 14 day delivery was 14 day or 14 business days and emphasized when booking, that I need a real date of estimated delivery so I could plan accordingly. They Lied gave me a fake date and I was stuck with an empty apartment, air mattress and very little clothing. 14 days tuned into 14 business days meet with an apology and a guarantee that I would receive a refund. However miraculously the day my items were delivered I was told on the spot that if I did not pay $300, the exact same cost of the early delivery, a fee added for "special truck" being used then they would take my stuff away and put it in a storage unit! The special truck a $20 U-Haul truck they had to use because my street would not fit a 18' wheeler. The kicker is I live on a major street in downtown LA where there was plenty of space to fit an 18' Wheeler! Also I watched and listen to the delivery driver call two other customers and pull the same stunt, not only apologizing for being late but stating that they would have to pay $300 more out the blue in order to receive their things that day! SCAME!!!!!!! But the worst part of this story They lost 4 boxes and refuse to acknowledge my lost items! AAA Moving group (Meghan Blackwell) stated that she would send me a claims form to fill out. Instead I received an email for the contacted moving company! I called back and was told I would have to go through them to file a claim. My biggest issue is the consistent lies I was feed to pacify me! If AAA would have been honest I would have been better prepared to deal with everything but they lied, made promise they would easily break or deny in the next conversation and then ended with oh well its not our fault you shoes us! Save yourself the time, money and emotional distress and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!!

I am very pleased with the level of service we received from AAA Moving Group. The support staffs from the office was very helpful, they helped us to settle the moving schedule and also gave us quick response whenever we had a query. I just wanted to say that our move went outstanding and thank them once again for all of their help. The 4 men that showed up were expert movers and I was very pleased with the professionalism and speed of their performance. I contacted AAA Moving Group and spoke with their Sales representative, Jim. He was quite knowledgeable and understood my needs. He could tell I was stressed and sent the best staff employees in which made our move very smooth. I had some heavy belongings but they didn't take a long time to finish packing everything. They were very careful while carrying and loading them into the truck.

I am a single mom and used AAA to move from New York to Florida. When I first entered the information online I got a million calls which was annoying, but I talked to a woman named Ashley who I could tell was up front and honest about everything with me. I got other quotes - AAA wasn't necessarily the cheapest but Ashley warned me this is not an industry in which you want to go with the cheapest bid. A few days before the move someone else called me to go over my list again. The truck arrived on time and the guys did a good job. Ashley said she gave me an honest price and she did. I needed some additional packing done last minute and paid a fair price for that, so that was fine, that was the only thing I paid extra for on the day of pick up. My items arrived in Florida in 3 days. I am extremely happy with my experience and trust me I was sketched! Customer service was also always available Maggie & Meghan were awesome. I hope I don't move again but if I do I would definitely utilize these guys again

These guys were great. They came in with the attitude that it's their job to make it go smoothly and my job to relax. They worked very efficiently, everything arrived in perfect condition & the men were all very courteous. The movers showed up early and worked efficiently both loading and unloading. They wrapped and protected everything, they were fast, efficient, friendly and get the job done. They then re-assembled and unwrapped stuff in good order. All around a pleasant experience. Honestly, use these guys - even if your quote is a little higher than other companies, the transparency, professionalism and simplicity is the reason I hired them.

My friend was moving out of her home to a new apartment, so we hunted down several moving groups around the area & came across AAA Moving Group to move from SD to LA! S E R V I C E Super friendly to work with + Reasonably priced compared to other companies.The movers were OUTSTANDING in their care & efficiency. Moving is usually hectic, but with AAA, they were super attentive & had a great attitude that it made it less stressful. They packed her belongings & moved things really quickly. Everything arrived in mint condition. Would definitely recommend this company for ur moving needs. If we ever need them again, they would be the first we would call :)

AAA Moving Group moved me from Provincetown, MA to Wilton Manors, FL. The move went as smoothly as can be. Everyone I spoke to on the phone could not have been friendlier or more helpful. Things were picked up on time by two men who knew what they were doing, and the delivery was the same.

Just like the 5 stars on Yelp says, AAA Moving Group is seriously as good as it gets. Just absolutely recommend! A while ago, one of my cousins had to move back to San Diego due to his job relocation and if that wasn't stressful enough... Finding great movers to work with definitely added onto the stress as well. Thankfully, AAA Moving Group made it extremely easy for my family and I. The movers were organized, professional, swift, and everything we were looking for. They easily took the burden off of our shoulders and made it all look so easy! A million times thank you. We were overall so happy with the customer service we were provided with. If anyone ever needs help with a move, I certainly will always speak so highly of AAA and recommend it. No need to look any further!

Great experience with this company. From start to finish the customer service was excellent. They communicated before the move, arrived when they said they would and completed the process very efficiently. Their prices were far more reasonable than those of any of the other moving companies we called. The men who moved my household were professional and never stopped working.I don't plan on moving in a long time but if I do, I will surely be hiring them.

There aren't enough words to describe this moving company!! So good, I've been trying to try to get my family to move to LA for a long time to be closer to me in San Diego and they finally did! I'll be honest, my family hoards so much stuffff and this company made the transition SO easy. They took care of everything from wrapping the furniture, to packing it, to even helping assemble some stuff. It was quick and as painless as any move could be! I won't be able to move on my own ever again knowing what moving can now be like with these guys. Highly recommend!

They arrived on time and worked very well together.They communicated with us during the move to make sure everything was put in the right place. From start to finish, everything was smooth. The service was excellent and Jose lead a team of great workers. Everyone was professional, accommodating and a pleasure to have moving us. It was stressful day for us but you guys took some of the that away. The quote was accurate. The guys were very nice, efficient and professional. They took the time to make sure all the furniture was exactly where i wanted it in the new house. We were extremely pleased with the experience overall and cannot recommend them highly enough for anyone considering a move.

One of my best friends often travels for her job and she was placed at Florida for a yearlong project. Usually she travels for about 2-3 months all over the United States, however since this one would last at least a year, it required her to move her life over there. After about almost a year and a half she is moving back to Los Angeles and since her company does not cover moving expenses, she browsed around for local moving companies in Florida. One that caught her eye the most was AAA Moving Group mainly because they do furniture assembly and that was on her top criteria. After she contacted them, within a week they were all packed and squared away, ready all her belongings back to California. After she flew back, she stayed with me for about two days before her belongings arrived. The great thing was that they help you unpack and reassemble all your furniture too, which is a huge plus in my opinion. The main reason was because she had a lot of IKEA furniture and no one likes assembling over 90+ parts. However they were able to assemble it quickly and place it as if it were still at her Florida apartment. If you are looking to relocate, just contact them for a quote. The pricing was not too bad, especially since they will help you do all the little stuff that regular movers wouldn't. Definitely a moving company to check out!

The crew is very polite and professional, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The team arrived right on schedule and the move went perfectly. They wrapped up my furniture so it would be safe on the truck and had everything loaded in no time at all. They worked fast and efficiently all day long and finished quicker than we ever thought possible. They were very capable, and took great care to ensure that both the items as well as the house are well taken care of. Great value for the service, and quality of service provided! I will definitely use this company again!!

As skeptical as I was based on our experience, their customer service team stepped up with sincere apologies and offered a resolution to make things right. We're receiving a credit for the charges demanded by the driver. As stressful as the experience was - truly, thank you for going above and beyond by stepping up to make this right.
