They screwed up an appointment time for my daughter twice and caused her to not be able to get her nails done for graduation. I called twice the week of to verify, but apparently they did not understand what they were talking about. A horrible company and extremely unprofessional.

This Salon goes above and beyond caring for their customers. Besides being gentle and focused on customer satisfaction, they have an array of colors and styles to select from. 7 years a customer (my sister lots longer) we have brought our own polish or selected there, and have never been disappointed in our “manis or pedis”.

My manicure appointment was at 3:45pm and I arrived at 3:35pm. The nail tech was with another client so I figured I was early and she would be nearly done.
My manicure didn't start until 4:25pm. Of which I had a pedicure scheduled for 5pm and I didn't get to the pedicure until close to 5:30pm. By the time the nail tech was about to put color on my pedicure I had to leave due to a prior engagement.
I'm sure some nail techs in the salon care about making money and respecting their clients time but the lady who did my manicure got her money and screwed her colleague out of 40$ and certainly did not respect her clients time unless they were her "friends".

I just wanted to say I took willow(my 6 year old) to Nail Trix in killmarnock yesterday to get her nails painted and the staff was so nice to her. They Gave her like a real manicure. Cut her cuticles, cleaned under her nails and massaged her little fingers. They did it the same quality as if it was an adult. They put cartoons on for her and talked to her.
All for 25.00
The other two nail salons I normally take her to charge me 35.00 just to paint her nails. They don’t do all the other stuff for her.
Highly recommended if you want to take a small child to have their nails done ?

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I went in on a Thursday to get a pedicure before departing on Monday for a 3 week vacation out west. By the 10th day, the polish on my toe nails was peeling off. Shocked by this (as this never happened to me in the 30 years I've been getting pedicures), I took a photo of my feet and decided to call Nail Trix upon my return to VA. I ended up getting another pedicure in Utah because my feet looked so bad. Another $35. The day I returned home I called the salon and got a guy on the phone. I asked for the owner and was told he was not there. I told the guy (unaware it was the owner's son) about my experience. He said they do not warranty their service, that I should have gotten the gel polish and when I asked for the owner to call me back, he stated "owner doesn't reach out to clients". I called the next day, spoke to rude Peter the owner and he said I could have come in the salon and he would have fixed it for me. I told him I was in UTAH!! I couldn't come to the salon at that time. I also wanted to send him the photo I took of my feet, but he refused to look at it. He declined making this right for me by having comp me a new pedicure for my next appointment. When I had my toes redone in Utah, I asked the pedicurist why she thought this happened and she stated that most likely the nail bed wasn't dry or still had oil or cream on it, that's why the polish didn't stick. Totally made sense to me. When I told Peter about her conclusion he flat out told me that the other pedicurist was a liar!! After I had a few choice words with Peter I hung up. He then sent me a text stating I have no further appointments with their business as if I would have ever spent money in that place again. Never will I ever step foot in this salon. Plenty of other choices in the Kilmarnock area.

I am banned from nail trix because 3 years ago I called a worker on their cell phone because a friend told me she did frequently to get an appointment. At the time they weren’t answering the phones very often. Evidently I called at an inconvenient time, and it caused an issue between that worker and myself.I have since tried to get an appointment for a pedicure and am not allowed to.It’s a shame because years ago one of my daughters had her wedding party taken care of beautifully and several weeks ago I was able to get an appointment for my daughter who has Down syndrome. I certainly won’t go to Nail Trix again. Becky Romaine
