I would much rather visit a local pharmacy than a chain, so when I heard my prescription would be discounted by nearly 90% using a GoodRX coupon, I was happy I could go local and get a bargain to boot. Although I have lived here 20 years, this was my first visit to Main Street Pharmacy. Turned out they did not accept the coupon, despite the pharmacy being listed on GoodRX's website as being a member organization. The customer service person was polite as she told me the policy. I did not insist but did seek clarification. She had me fill out paperwork, continuing to be polite and helpful. I asked how much the prescription was (because they did not honor the coupon, I had no idea of their pricing and needed to know before paying to be able to compare with the other pharmacies in town), and said they might want to inform GoodRX that they were not participating in the coupon program. The owner then piped up from the prescription prep area and very snarkily told me she wouldn't walk into 7-11 with a coupon she printed online and demand a slurpee. I was shocked at the rudeness. I guess she was frustrated because she went on to say she had contacted GoodRX many times and they won't change their website. The price was competitive, however, and I was glad to receive my prescription in a timely manner. Later, I noticed a discrepancy in the medication I had previously (this was like a refill) and what I received. This was NOT an error on MainStreet's part. I called the pharmacy to ask a question and again, the owner had an attitude and was very impatient with my questions. She was able, however, to help me understand the issue. All in all, I was grateful for the pricing, speed of fulfillment, and courtesy of the customer service person. The insulting unpleasantness of the owner was enough to make me not return, which I suspect will be just fine with her.

I have been using Main Street Pharmacy in downtown Reedville, BA, for more than a year now for a prescription and can tell you they are very dependable, friendly and reliable! I am extremely impressed and will continue to have tgem fill my prescription for as ling as it is needed! Thank you Main Street Pharmacy for all you do to help me with my Prescription needs!

I called their Pharmacy this evening about 12mins befor closing. The lady who I spoke with was very nice and friendly. She answered my question and wasn't trying to rush me off the phone. Thank you for not rushing me.

I like a place that knows your name and remembers you. The people there are helpful and pleasant. They are the same price for Rx that Walmart is. Same insurances accepted but no line and personal service. Plus they sell some seasonal good stuff: GS cookies , seasonal garden flags etc.

I have worked at this pharmacy for over 5 years and love it. We provide friendly and efficient service! We also have a wide variety of gifts, cards, and flags! Stop in to see us Monday-Friday 9-6, and Saturday 9-2! 🙂

The owner there treats the employees there as if they weren't human. Curses at them and puts them down constantly. I cringed multiple times during my visits. They are, however, the only place in town that carries Vanilla Coke, although I'm not sure I want to support a business of someone so bitter.
