I cannot say enough good things about Lazy Days Pools & Spas! We switched this year to using them for our pool maintenance and were thrilled with their service. Our pool had not looked this clean and sparkly in years!!! They are professional, friendly, dependable, and easy to contact. We are weekend river people so we are not always at our summer home. They would leave us notes as to what they had done with each cleaning. Do not hesitate to use this company. You'll be glad you did! I wish we had switched years ago!!!! It was like we had a brand new pool!

We’ve been using lazy days pool service for many years. They have been excellent to work with and address any concerns we have an a very timely manner. The technician that services our pool (Dave) is a wealth of information. Highly recommend this company.

Last summer Lazy Day Pools provided their services for my pool located only a mile or two from their store. I had a small tear starting in the top of my pool liner, it was around 2-3". The technician told me that I should have them fix the tear when I had them close the pool for the winter. He said that was the best time to take care of it. I told him I wanted it done and he said to let Al know. The technician was very knowledgeable and a nice guy. So I called Al and spoke with him for a couple of minutes and he agreed they would patch the liner when they closed the pool. Al was so friendly on the phone last summer when he sold me on the level of care they would provide me for my pool.
Al forgot to have his guys patch the liner when they closed the pool. Unreal. And when I took the pool cover off this spring, the tear had grown to nearly a foot wide. And a new tear started right next to it (about 2"). The water level had elevated over the winter and a bunch of junk had gotten back behind the liner tears over the winter. Al now says I never asked him to fix the liner. I can tell you that I did. I understood the importance of fixing it and I was willing to pay to have it done and we spoke at length about it. He now says he can't look at it until August and he has taken a cavalier and unfriendly attitude about the situation.
I don't think the high star level on google is an accurate depiction of how Al does business. I do not recommend Lazy Day Pools.

Lazy Days Pools and Spas is our top recommendation for pool maintenance and new pool installation. The owner is very charismatic and cares about his customers. If you are thinking of a new pool, this is the local place to go where customer service beats the competition!

Own a very old plaster pool that came with the house. Any problems I have had Lazy Days Pools and Spas has been available and promptly takes care of the issues. My questions are thoroughly addressed and has always been available to answer. Very knowledgeable staff. Thanks Lazy Days!
