“The store has had a complete redo when it change over to True Value...nicely done. A nice alternative to Ace.
The small engine repair shop is still somewhat needing. A lack of communication or even answering the phone. But, when service is done, it seems to be done right.”
“Almost all the staff has been great...But I had one not so great experience which is why I'm reducing it by one star. There's a woman that works at the register who seemed to take things a little bit too personally. I had to return some unopened, pristine merchandise that I bought. She was aggressive, almost bullying, during the exchange. My prior visit she was great .. maybe an anomaly, but it does throw a little tarnish on the company image.”
