200 Old Fair Grounds Way, Kilmarnock“This was our first time at this Walmart as we just moved to the area. Our first interaction was at Customer Service where one of the managers, Lakia (Im probably spelling her name wrong) was amazingly patient with a very difficult customer for an extended period of time. Not only was she kind, but she went above and beyond to help this customer. Bravo! She stood out because she was incredibly professional and is a great example of how a manger should be! I wish there were more employees like her! A while later, as my family and I shopped the store, we asked for assistance from Janice Roberson as she was stocking shelves down an aisle. I asked her where I could find an item and she basically grunted and mumbled as she waved me and my kids away. I asked her to repeat herself and she told me she doesn't know and "every store is different" and shooing me in a direction, while not even pausing her task. She was outright rude and even my kids were shocked. Having been a manager in a major retail store, I understand there is a wide range of professionalism and lack there of. These two women show the extremes of the scale. The store was in good order, decently stocked (I understand Covid has caused some issues) and most employees were courteous and welcoming. The parking lot was clean as was the inside of the store. Keep up the good work!”

“I'm fixing to be in a bad situation soon because of the fact that I have not had any results for my money back and stuff this means I'm losing my battle to get my license back before my date for a ticket nowhere to move to because I gave up all my money ?”
“Went yesterday during a rain storm. The store was busy and the self check out line was insane. I was very surprised to see they had at least 5 registers with live cashiers running them. Another employee came and got myself and 3 or 4 other people out of a line and opened up another register. It went way quicker than I expected. Excellent customer service!”
