I was expecting 2 packages yesterday, both show delivered to my front porch, I have neither package and UPS is no help. I have checked with all my neighbors so my question is....who's front porch were these delivered to? I mean it's not like I haven't had packages delivered before. I just want someone to find out from the driver where my packages are.
Edit.....UPS in Keysville called me this afternoon said my packages were left at a neighbors 2 houses from me...I went to check it out and they had 1 of my packages and had opened it. This is totally unacceptable. I wish the UPS drivers and employees had more compassion for their jobs than they do. I sure miss the good guys who used to dedicated to UPS. Eddie, Scott, Barry, Mike. Please find my package that is missing and deliver to the correct address!!!!!! I shouldn't have to stress over this but I am.

Waited at home all day for package, tracking info never updated till 6pm at night saying package was delivered at 10:57am. UPS never came, they won't help me file a claim and the merchant who sent it won't help either.

I watched the UPS driver check the mailbox for address, walk up the driveway with the package, and then return to his truck with the package. I then got a notification saying incorrect address.
Did y’all take the package or what??

So yesterday I was expecting a high dollar package that required signature I was told via the app that it would be there between 2:15 and 6:15i started following the truck on the app at 2 o clock and he drove within a block or 2 of my house 3 times through the day before heading back to Keysville and about 10 minutes after he got back to the Keysville office my package was marked attempted delivery. I have a camera on my porch and at no point in the day did anyone from ups even approach my porch. I'm more than a little frustrated because now I have to wait at home for a second day for an up to 4 hour window to get a package I was home for yesterday

I've always been during the week. I give the service top notch reviews. However I needed to come today and took the hours on the website as being correct. They're not. Closed on Saturday. Wish I had known before coming. I will call next time. Partially my fault.

The burkeville VA driver for South Genito rd has to be the laziest driver ever. Can’t put packages on the porch he leaves them in the driveway. Last time the rain soaked all of the packages. I know I won’t get a response but this is pathetic.
