This includes providing teller services through drive-thru lanes only, in-person visits by appointment only, and select branch closures. Some branches without drive-thru lanes will remain open with enhanced sanitization measures.
I have wasted so much time on the on line banking. There's always a problem. I can never depend on a smooth task. I hope technology relieves us on our dependence on banks like this.Banks will have to improve as options increase.

Have banked with BB&T for over fifteen years and love that the bank is within walking distance of where I live. I would love if they provided better interest rates on their savings accounts; but, overall, I like BB&T and have never had an issue that could not be resolved.
