“I absolutely have to share a very positive review about this location in Charlottesville. We are from out of town and familiar with Play It Again Sports in our area. My son arrived on campus as a first year just one week ago and was planning to try out for the club Tennis team. He met on Friday with a couple of new first years to play doubles, and his racket frame broke. He was disappointed!
I contacted this location and the amazing staff and wonderful owner, Troy, offered to deliver a racket to him since we are not local and he does not have a car. I sent an email on Friday night and had a response from Troy within an hour. By Saturday morning at 1, the racket was in my son’s hand And he is now prepared for tomorrow. Troy, thank you!!! You went well above and beyond to help us with this situation and your efforts are so appreciated!! It’s been a big transition week for him, so this was a step in the right direction of trying to get involved and now you have helped him be able to participate tomorrow with his own racket. “A small and knowledgeable dance store. My daughter has gotten two pairs of pointe shoes here this year and the employees are very knowledgeable in helping dancers select the correct shoes for them. I had my toddler with me at our last visit and had to step outside so he wouldn’t put his hands on everything. My daughter said the lady helping her made her feel safe and comfortable while I tended to her brother. They worked on picking out her new pair of pointe shoes and some others. When I came back in they were finished and I got info on where to order shoes they didn’t carry. Pricing is decent as dance shoes are expensive everywhere. Shop is small and cozy. They have an employee that is immunocompromised and they ask that everyone entering to wear a mask. They do provide one if you don’t have one on you.”

“This was my second time here. I went a couple years ago and fell in love. So when I was back in town it was at the top of my list to stop at. This time it was pretty picked over though, and didn't have a lot of variety. Barely any pants or shoes my size.”
“While Athleta is still on the pricey side, they do run periodic clearance sales or final sales that make their apparel affordable. I went in today just to look around and was pleasantly surprised to see an extra 30% off clearance sign. A jacket that was originally listed for $178, I ended up getting for $55. It's also nice to see a line that has something for all body types and sizes. They have a girls' line too.”

He spent a-lot of time explaining the return policy on some soccer cleats she had bought for her grandson. He took the time to get everything settled.
