Today was my first time at the shop. I did not realize the shop closed at 2pm on Saturday, but Brett stayed to get me squared away with half a dozen arrows.

Had a great first-time experience! Very helpful and even stayed late helping my son get his bow ready to go! Very knowledgeable! Definitely recommend these guys!

Brecht is a bow whisperer. I’m from South Carolina but am in town for a week on business. I’ve got a new Phase 4 that my local shop set up but it wasn’t in tune. Every adjustment I made seemed to make it worse.
I took it in to Brecht and within about 20 minutes he had it figured out. Adjusted the rest & got the 2nd axis in shape so it was shooting straight.
He could have stopped there as that is what I had asked him to do. Instead, he took me out to the range to watch me shoot to make sure it was in great shape.
He adjusted a couple things on my form that helped a great deal and watched me shoot at least 20-25 arrows. By the end I was driving nails at 20 yards
Brecht spent close to an hour and half with me. He didn’t have to but that’s how he is built.
My bow is dialed in and I’ve got some new techniques to work on. He’s a good man that knows what he’s doing and very reasonable.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else in Charlottesville. Thanks Brecht ?

Came in to have scope on crossbow checked and Brett took care of that and the zero. Shot my first ever deer Hours later. That is a great deal in my book. Thanks again Brett!!!

Brecht Sprouse provided exceptional advice and guidance in preparing me for my first crossbow hunt. His service was superb in ordering a Wicked Ridge Rampage 360 crossbow, sighting in the crossbow, and providing me with advice on how to practice/prepare for the hunt. He was never too busy to answer my questions or help me with improving my accuracy with the crossbow. High Tech Outdoors and Archery is the place to go in Central Virginia for all bow hunting needs. Overall, an excellent experience.

Stopped there on our way to Massanutten for an hour of archery with Brett. He was very helpful and friendly. We had a great time. Very knowledgeable if you are thinking about purchasing a bow or any other fishing/hunting gear! His shop has lots of offer.

The owner Brecht Sprouse is the most knowledge bow smith in Central Virginia. I just purchased a 2020 Bowtech Guardian and it is the smoothest, fastest, most forgiving bow I have ever owned. Brecht bare shafted tuned and sighted it in his 20 yard indoor range. The only real “ pro” shop in the area.
