We experienced a tough loss in the family and wanted to remember our loved one with a special memory and thought of Doves and was luckily enough to get into contact with a Dovely moments and could NOT be any happier. I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jackson on multiple occasions and observed her delivering professional and compassionate service to families during their time of need in Northern Virginia. Her service is interactive and she has allowed families to handle and release the doves, which comforted the families.

My mother had one wish for her funeral, to have doves released. We contacted Dovely Moments to preform the release at the cemetery at the end of the burial. After paying the fee Dovely moments agreed to be at the cemetery the day of the burial. We arrived a little early and went through the ceremony even waited for them to show. NO SHOW, NO CALL. This was an emotional day. To have it end this way was unprofessional heartbreaking. This was supposed to be a lasting memory of her sprit with the father, son and holy sprit. That did not materialize. I would not recommend this company

We loved that when we called Dovely someone was always available to speak with us – there was great customer service! Ms. Roberta was so helpful and kind in helping us to plan things out and explain the process. When we arrived at the cemetery everything was set up so beautifully. She was prompt, professional, and the dove release was very well coordinated. It was a very beautiful and meaningful part of my father’s service, and it made saying good-bye to our father very special and comforting. We were grateful for such a smooth and organized presentation at such an emotional time for my family.
