I have had the pleasure of working with Ms. Jackson on multiple occasions and observed her delivering professional and compassionate service to families during their time of need in Northern Virginia. Her service is interactive and she has allowed families to handle and release the doves, which comforted the families.

Dovely Moments White Dove Releasing is owned by Roberta Jackson. I am also the handler and the trainer. I have lived in the rural area of Culpeper County for more than 30 years. I grew up in the neighboring Fauquier County. Married, with one daughter. Dovely Moments was created in 2013, after retirement, from Culpeper County Criminal Justice after 32 years of service. White Dove release is very unique. I take great pride in the health, conditioning and happiness of my birds. Our Doves are worked with daily and trained to return safely to our loft, every dove is trained to travel a 50-mile radius of our loft. My goal is to provide families with breathtaking white dove releases that is certain to make any occasion a lasting memory.
