“I packed a 5x15 unit and did not open it again for four years. When I went to retrieve the contents, the facility access code worked, the lock that I purchased from the facility easily opened, the unit was clean with no signs of bugs, and the contents were undisturbed. I swept out the unit, left the door open, and used their online email to inform them of the move. The facility manager replied with a very nice thank-you message and my account was changed to a zero balance. So easy!
I did talk to/correspond with the corporate and the local office a few times over those four years always with success. They answered my questions in a prompt and friendly manner.
Despite about a $20 price increase over those four years, this facility is still the cheapest in the Tidewater area.
If I ever need storage again, this company will definitely get my business.”
