My biggest issue is that the pharmacy closes way too early. Most people work and can't get there before 6pm. The other issue is the fact that they close for staff shortage! It's making it very difficult to use my local walgreens pharmacy.

Do not, repeat do not get any prescriptions filled here! Prescriptions have been taking a long time to be filled and to top it all off yesterday doctor put in a much needed prescription for antibiotics bad infection. Didn’t fill it on Friday and now Saturday. Never answered phone so go there and sign on window saying due to staff shortage pharmacy is closed! Unreal! Without the pharmacy Walgreens is just a glorified Dollar Store! Manager rude on phone too! Stay away! Use Rite Aid right down the road!!

Closed due to staff shortage. Guess you guys do something awfully wrong if you can't find staff. Need my prescription urgently and can now not get it for days! Unacceptable

Should be ranked higher. Good staff. Courteous. Fill meds no issue. Prior to just click refill in the app. Show up in drive thru. Even with 3-5 cars ahead of me it takes less than 20 min.

The service there is HORRIBLE. They will call and say your medications are ready but when you get there you still have to wait 20 and 30 minutes. They never have enough people working. The staff is RUDE. Something needs to be done. THE NEED A WHOLE NEW CREW........

Worst Walgreen ever. Lunch time is at 1:30 pm got there for a shot at 12:50 pm and they told me 30min would not be enough time to get my shot and I should be back after their lunch for it.
Oh and I was the only at the waiting line and it took them close to 5-10 min to see me.

Please find more staff for the Pharmacy. One shouldn’t have to wait 1 hour in a line for their medication. Otherwise have some multiple role personnel that can ring out prescriptions for both the in store line and drive through line

I can tell that Covid is done at this WalGreens in Hopewell, Va. Who ever is responsible for cleaning should be fired. Trash in the parking lot, entrance carpet is never vacuumed, The floors are filthy,(They waxed over the dirt) The Pharmacy counter is never cleaned and the staff is stepping on trash on the floor. No antibacterial hand wipes in the dispenser. When you leave, you feel like you have to go home and shower...I also have waited over 2 weeks to get my prescriptions, because they were out of stock, had to go to another WalGreens in another city to pick one prescription up...

Great store staff is helpful and well educated Christa the store manager is great helped me with all my questions helped me with all my photography questions and actually knew what she was talking about will go there from now on for all my photography printing!!!

Never have I seen such a poorly run drug store as Walgreens in Hopewell Va. They sent me a text that said I had 3 medications ready and I could pick them up! I drove up waited an hour for them to tell me they would be ready in just a few minutes! So I said please take your few minutes and go get my prescriptions ready I've been here an hour. He told me to drive to the back again, after an hour I'm not! He said then come in, nope my back was killing me. So he told me he would call the police ok by then he could have my medicine filled! Twenty five minutes later the police show up but not my medication! Darn 30 more minutes and he still won't fill mine, the police tells me to move to the back I told her as soon as he got my medicine filled! She said or I call the wrecker and he will tow you! I told her to call them and I'm sure he will be done when by the tow truck made it! I left and came back later, not that brave. This month my meds were called in Tuesday and on Friday they still wouldn't answer the phone to let me know if mine meds were done! They play games with people all the time ! Time to call corporate again!

Horribly inefficient. I scheduled a 3:30 immunization appointment and I've yet to be seen over an hour later. What's the point of scheduling an appointment!?Thankfully I'm not filling a prescription here. That line is even more of a disaster!

My physician sent my prescription in at 9:am, it's after 2pm and their still not ready. The answer they give is we are backed up,I do not blame the staff,but the establishment, what is going. They have one person waiting on customers, and she was working the window and counter. Come on Walgreens you can do better.
