I have all my vehicles serviced @ Virginia Automotive. I wouldn’t use any other shop ! The customer service is outstanding ! I enjoy talking to the staff and owner Ted when I take my cars / trucks in for servicing.

Told me how much everything was going to cost I started with state inspection and wanted a few things done and I was in and out same day I dropped it off that morning it was ready By lunch staff is great knowledgeable about stuff definitely recommend this place

They did my suspension for me and installed it wrong. They won't even fix it right. I wouldn't trust this place to fix a bike. I took a truck there and they wanted to charge $600 for a tune up when $30 in new spark plugs fixed the problem. Beware of this clown ? shop!

Great place to do business. They were very accommodating even though I was very early for my appointment, my fault not theirs. The waiting area was quite and quaint with a sitting area for the kiddos and the restroom was very clean. They will be seeing me again in the future.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Frank is great, and he's always there when I need him. He's an honest, nice guy. Their "Car Care Club" is a great value and helps me to remember to have the oil changed regularly. I have recommended this shop to others who were also pleased with the services they received. Check them out.
