“I called Waller while driving up the interstate, having just put on a spare tire, knowing my husband and I were heading in the direction of Hopewell. It was actually my second phone call because the first business would not pick up the phone. Waller picked up promptly, and was able to answer my question about the tire in stock as well as pricing quickly. By the time my husband and I reached their shop, they had the tire sitting out front, waiting. We were able to pull right up, and they changed out the doughnut to the new tire quickly and efficiently. Everyone there was incredibly friendly and kind, personable, and the service was better than many shops I've been to in the past. Even though this is out of town for us, I would definitely consider driving back to Hopewell for this kind of service and pricing if we needed tires again in the future for this kind of customer service.”

They actually took less time than that, I was happy with that. They had a comfortable lounge with a bathroom and coffee. They did good work, but their main draw was they offered financing for their work. It was worth the visit.”
