"What should have been a great experience, ended up being a myriad of disappointments. Mike and I went to the dealership after work, driving over 1 hr 45 minutes to the dealership. We were very interested in purchasing a Silverado at the dealership. Once we decided we wanted to move forward, the customer service went steadily downhill. The sales person disappeared for long lengths of time leaving us to sit. The finance part took an extremely long amount of time.
Worse though, is when we got home, we discovered the center console top was broken - speaking with salesperson he indicated he didn't know how that had happened. Did not offer to replace the part.
Then, when we went to scrape off the residue from the dealership sticker, we discovered that there was a glue like film across the entire interior of the windshield- what had happened is it had been tinted and the film had not been removed by the dealership properly (which we knew they had done as it had a brand new inspection sticker on it they had applied to that glue filmed area). Follow up at dealership was basically not owning any of it and a sorry it happened.
Mike and I spent hours getting the glue film off the windshield and I bought the replacement part for the console top myself.
Fast forward about a week later, sales person calls and says the vehicle should not have left the lot as it was not ready (ahh no kidding) and I should bring it back because there was a recall they were going to fix and they had ordered the new console top and they were going to look at the windshield. I produced receipt for the top I had paid for to replace and asked for reimbursement and never got a response from anyone
Needless to say, I did not return and do not ever have the intent to return to the dealership nor recommend them to anyone!

I arrived at my scheduled appointment time at 8:30am for a state inspection to be done by John Barber. I dropped my car off to Jeremy Willard and sat down in the waiting area. I continued to sit there until I was approached about my car at 11:30am, saying I needed new wipers to pass state inspection, I allowed them to put on 60 dollar wiper blades. I was finally told my car was finished at 12pm and was taken to the receptionist/cashier to pay and she complained that I was interrupting her lunch break. After I paid and went out to my car, I got in and saw they had ripped a chunk of my tint off of my windshield, the entire square on the bottom where the state inspection sticker is placed was ripped off carelessly and I was never informed that damage occurred to my vehicle while it was being serviced, even though I waited 3 and a half hours for a state inspection service. I wouldn’t have given a one star review if this was a first time mistake, but this is the second time I have had my tint carelessly ripped off of my windshield, and had never been informed. The tint on my windshield is legal and is stated clearly on my registration that it is for medical purposes. So now I need to go spend additional money to have new tint placed on my entire windshield so I can drive safely again. I will not be returning for any service again, the prices are ridiculous and having to wait nearly 4 hours for a scheduled service is terrible, and then to damage the customers car and not inform them is rude and inexcusable. Buying a car from here is amazing but never service it here.

I car shopped for a couple of weeks..knowing what I wanted, but couldn't find the "one". A friend referred me to Greg Davis at Strosnider. I have never owned a Chevrolet...until now. I told Greg what I needed and he found a Blazer that checked every box and then some. Greg went above and beyond to make it work. And, I love it! I will be a returning customer. Friendly, open and honest.
