“This review is for the IDEMIA section, which was operated by a Staples employee. She was on time and ready for my appointment. Friendly. Detailed with each step. I'm thankful that Staples offers this service for applying for TSA pre-check. It's very convenient. Start the process online and schedule your appointment. That easy! And once my appointment was done, she directed me to the kids' aisle for some gifts I was looking to buy.”
“Alexia and Joseph (2 shift clerks working when I arrived @ 6:30P for notary service). Despite there being several customers ahead of me, both acknowledged me upon entering (did the same with each subsequent customer afterwards). Both were courteous, efficient, helpful, and genuinely attentive to each customer's need ... their team approach to work, customer service, and work tasks speaks to exemplary work standards and personal ethics! “On July 20 I was the first customer, fedex opens at 8:30 and the worker was just arriving at 8:30, I am Hispanic she offered me very bad service, since she saw me she already had an angry face, throwing my envelope away doing her job reluctantly, I told her several times that my envelope was open and all the time she told me I know, I never saw that she will close it, I hope my envelope has reached its destination. One question, is this service for Hispanics?”
“I come here all the time to ship things off from Mercari, and I've always had a pleasant experience. The staff here is quick and efficient, you'll be in and out in only a minute. There's also a self-serve drop-off box if you already have a shipping label created, which makes the process of mailing things out even more streamlined. This location is very stress-free in my experience, and they usually ship your package out by the next day.”

“Due to incompetent shipper, who shipped ground instead of overnight, my package was due to arrive after I left for vacation. I thought all was lost until I tracked and saw package had got to Richmond on Friday afternoon, due to deliver on Monday. UPS were able to intercept the package at the depot, and I was able to pick it up just 2 hours later on Friday evening. Customer center staff very friendly and diligent, were able to locate my package quickly, even though it had just arrived there. Very pleased they were able to resolve my problem very quickly, and get me my package before leaving for vacation.”
