“Those two guys Dustin and Tyrone are the most fantastic customer service oriented people in the world...
I walk into Staples mad because I got to look for a printer cord and I'm thinking I'm going to be here a long time because this cord are complicated
some guy named Tyrone saw me looking around (and I was only looking for like 30 seconds )and while he was standing up on a ladder asked me what I needed... I told him what kind of cord and he knew exactly where it was and he pointed it to me through all those cords all over the place... (While still standing on the ladder) And told me it was not $40 it was $7... And then Dustin he let me know anything else I needed to know when I got up to the front ... He explained my points to me and was super friendly ...
and I told them I'm writing this about both of y'all
Staples is always done me good but this was a great experience

“On July 20 I was the first customer, fedex opens at 8:30 and the worker was just arriving at 8:30, I am Hispanic she offered me very bad service, since she saw me she already had an angry face, throwing my envelope away doing her job reluctantly, I told her several times that my envelope was open and all the time she told me I know, I never saw that she will close it, I hope my envelope has reached its destination. One question, is this service for Hispanics?”
“The young ladies were friendly and fast with packaging and getting me in and out of the store so I appreciate that. I also expected the price to be a lot higher for as far as I ship the item but I was surprised that how inexpensive it was”
“I come here all the time to ship things off from Mercari, and I've always had a pleasant experience. The staff here is quick and efficient, you'll be in and out in only a minute. There's also a self-serve drop-off box if you already have a shipping label created, which makes the process of mailing things out even more streamlined. This location is very stress-free in my experience, and they usually ship your package out by the next day.”
“I went in to do a ton of printing which was a little complicated and Holly was amazing. She took so much time to help me get everything right. I even tried contacting fedex directly to let them know how wonderful she was but couldn’t get an agent to assist. Wish the headquarters was as helpful was their staff member Holly at this location.”
“The automated voice systems are the reason people don't have patience by the time we get to a real customer service rep on the phone. Ten minutes into my call and I'm finally getting connected. Guy on the phone is doing what he can but honestly our delivery guy screwed up. Also wanted to be the 400th review.”
